Tsuga canadensis 'Marilyn' is a dwarf selection of Canadian hemlock with stubby, downward nodding branch tips and light-green foliage. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 12 to 18 inches (30 - 45 cm) tall and wide, an annual growth rate of around 1 inch (2.5 cm).
This cultivar originated as a seedling selected in the early 1980s by Joe Reis of Merritt, Long Island, New York.
