Pinus mugo 'Winter Gold' / Winter Gold Mugo

Low, wide, and open growth. Very resinous spreading widely and slightly twisted. Bright green new growth in spring/summer, golden-yellow in winter. In spring golden needles will hold for a time during the time the new growth is emerging giving this specimen true four season interest.

Pinus mugo 'Winter Gold' (Summer) This specimen has distinctly different coloration from season to season. This is an example of the mature summer growth.
