Pinus banksiana 'Girard's Weeper'

Pinus banksiana 'Gerard's Weeper' is a large growing, pendulous form of Jack pine which will grow as a ground cover unless staked to height. After 10 years of growth a specimen will be mature at 6 to 8 feet (1.8 - 2.4 m) tall and 12 to 15 feet (3.6 - 4.7 m) wide. Give it room for proper presentation.

This cultivar originated as a seedling selected in the early 2000s by Girard's Nurseries, Geneva, Ohio.
