Flora of China: First-year branchlets usually stout, with nodes of normal length, densely pubescent. Leaves usually with 3 or 4 stomatal lines along each surface abaxially. Seed cones green-yellow or yellow before maturity, pale brown-yellow at maturity, 4-9 cm.
