Picea abies 'Voznice' is a diminutive, flattened-globose selection of Norway spruce with symmetrical stubby branches and attractive, glossy green foliage. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 10 inches (25 cm) tall and and wide, an annual growth rate of 1 inch (2.5 cm).
This cultivar originated as a witch's broom found in 2004 by Czech broom hunter, Jan Beran. He named it for the village and municipality in Píbram District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic where he found the broom.
