Picea abies 'Psáry' is a flattened globose, dwarf selection of Norway spruce with symmetrical branches and rich Blue green needles. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 16 inches (40 cm) tall and 24 inches (60 cm) wide, an annual growth rate of 1.5 - 2 inches (4 - 6 cm).

This cultivar originated as a witch's broom found in 1990 K. Kváča, Czech Republic. He named it for the town of Psáry, a town in West-Prague district.
