Metasequoia glyptostroboides (George's Broom)

Metasequoia glyptostroboides 'George's Broom' is a witch's broom found in a tree at the University of Michigan golf course in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. While the broom exists it has yet to be successfully grown. Grafted plants do not have longevity. The foliage is very fine and dark green for this species. The plant is named after George Agin of Saline, MI.
