Larix × marschlinsii ‘Morris Broom’

Larix × marschlinsii 'Morris Broom' is an irregular, flattened-globose selection of Dunkeld larch with layered branches holding attractive, dense Blue-green foliage that will turn golden yellow before being shed in the fall. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 3 feet (90 cm) tall and wide, an average annual growth rate of 3 to 4 inches (7.5 - 10 cm).

This cultivar originated as a witch's broom found at the Morris Arboretum or the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
