Juniperus horizontalis 'Monber' (Ice Blue) is very horizontal plant with no tendency to go up at all. It is an open spreading plant and does well over rocks. Every fall after the frosts begin it turns a stainless steel Blue hence (Ice Blue)and holds this eye catching color all winter.
