Diselma archeri 'Read Dwarf' is a dwarf, spreading selection of Cheshunt pine with layered branching and scaly, olive-green foliage that often flushes with a reddish tinge in spring. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 8 inches (20 cm) tall and wide, an annual growth rate of less than 1 inch (2.5 cm).
This cultivar originated as a natural dwarf mutation found growing on Mount Read, Tasmania, in 1990, by Ken Gillanders.
