Cryptomeria japonica 'Taisho Tama'

A slow growing (15'-20'), compact, pyramidal tree with finely textured, congested foliage. Found in the Aritaki Arboretum in Japan sometime before 1974.

(syn. Cryptomeria japonica 'Taisho-Tumasugi')

This has been in the ground in Conyers, GA, for 12 years and is only eight feet tall — a great, compact grower.
