Abies nordmanniana 'Columnaris Gemit' is a slow-growing evergreen conifer shrub with green foliage. The cultivar is a very narrow, columnar fir with rich, dark green needles.

The Gemit Columnar Nordmann Fir grows well with sun to mostly sunny light conditions and regular to occasional watering. The cultvar adapts to various soil conditions, but does well in average, clay, rich and well-drained soil.

The Nordmann fir cultivar is resistant to deer, rabbits, and verticillium wilt.
