Abies fraseri 'Fastigiata Compacta' is a slow-growing evergreen conifer shrub or tree with bue and green foliage. The specimen grows well with sun to mostly sun lighting and regular to occasional watering. The fir does well in acidic, average or rich, and well-drained soil. A good option if you are seeking something verticillium wilt resistant.

Compact and columnar, Abies fraseri 'Fastigiata Compacta' is a good choice for the small garden, where the short, horizontal branches and short, dense needles deliver an upright evergreen presence in little room. Shiny, green needles are complemented by upright, resinous cones.
