Just in from morning perambulations – I’m having issues with my Calocedrus decurrens ‘Berrima Gold’ – it is a CA native that doesn’t want a lot of water but it’s a newbie and I was worried about the rootball drying out. Now it’s crisping in the summer sun. I’ve put an umbrella over it to shield it from the hottest afternoon rays. May have to leave that up until the Pinus oaxacana that’s nearby grows a bit more and can shade it. Any tips on growing this one? Sorry…should have started a new thread!
