Red & Noble Firs (0 Replies)

Posted May 24, 2018 at 1:00 pm

I was wondering if anyone on this forum from the upper Midwest or Northeast has attempted to propagate Abies Magnifica (Red Fir) or Abies Procera (Noble Fir). Both are rated on our data base as hardy to Zone 5. I started some this spring (2018) that I got from a nursery in California and so far they seem to be growing.

Has anyone else tried these and if so, what kind of results did you get?
